Fie!

Today I defy the ranks of Livejournal. I really prefer this format, and the completely free template. Tell me, LJ, will you let me add a sitemeter? A customized banner? MPEG's of various things? Without paying? I should say not. We'll see what happens with this place. I'm making this with next year in mind. I plan on starting our school newspaper (I've hopefully secured my position as editor thus far) and in my last weeks I have become a complete news junkie. I realized that if I'm going to be writing for a paper I might get some practice here. So, opinions will follow, and much rebelling against "the man" as it were. I wouldn't discount other writing, pictures, and of course whining as possibilities either.
